Half & Half Espresso

This amazing composition contains beans from Brazil, Nicaragua, Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Rwanda. 

Coffee from the Norwegian roastery Solberg & Hansen. 

Gentle espresso of chocolate, caramel, berries, and sweet fruit notes. Round and full. 

A popular espresso blend consisting of both wet-processed and berry-dried coffee. Each half in Half & Half is burned separately. The fruity notes from the light roast provide a nice balance to the powerful, dark-roasted espresso. 

The components in the blend vary with season and availability, but common to all coffee in the blend is that it is bought directly from coffee farms or cooperatives. The taste varies somewhat from season to season, but is composed to hit the same round and full flavor profile that fits perfectly in espresso-based drinks with milk.
