Colombia Samaria

Coffee beans from Colombia, roasted by the highly regarded Italian Le Piantagioni del Caffè. 

It takes its name from the finca of Samaria. 

Dark roast, perfect for espresso machines and moka pots. 

This coffee releases intense flowery notes, it has a remarked and yet gentle acidity and an orange-scented chocolate aftertaste with hints of hazelnut.

Samaria coffee is grown according to the Milpa system: an ancient agricultural method of Maya peoples alternating maize, beans and pumpkins crops in order not to abuse the soil.
