Yirgacheffe

Coffee beans from Ethiopia, growing at high altitudes and difficult to grow. This coffee is from the Yirgacheffe region, roasted by Etno roastery from Poland. The beans are medium roasted, ideal for manual and automatic coffee machines and moka pots.

Coffee from Ethiopia is associated with high acidity but acidity is not the key here. What catches the eye (and nose above all!) is the beautiful, complex aroma of flowers, citrus and almonds. It is officially the most aromatic and subtle grain in the range of coffees.
