Yellow Bourbon

Beans from Brazil, roasted by Etno roastery from Poland. 

Medium roast makes this coffee perfect for espresso and pour-over coffee machines, but it tastes very good from every method. 

You will find this coffee full of sweetness, with notes of nuts and chocolate.

When tasting Yellow Bourbon, on a scale of 1 to 5, we gave it 4 for sweetness, 3 for bitterness  and 3 for acidity. However, you do not have to be afraid of excessive bitterness, because thanks to the high sweetness and specificity of the grain flavor, it is not intrusive. On the contrary, it perfectly combines with the feeling of high sweetness and brings to mind dark chocolate.
