Italian Roast

An interesting blend of Ethiopia, Colombia and Brazil, aimed at fans of the classic taste of coffee, straight from Italy. The fruitiness of the Ethiopian beans combines with the sweetness of the Brazilian Santos and coffee from Colombia. Dominating hints of nut and chocolate. The beans are medium dark roasted, ideal for manual and automatic coffee machines and moka pots.

Thanks to the darker roasting of the coffee, is obtained an intense taste and aroma, a higher body (coffee fleshiness) and a beautiful crema, which helps to create a great color and taste contrast with milk.
