Djimmah

The beans from Ethiopia, from forest areas with a high degree of shading in Djimmah province. Roasted by Polish Etno Cafe Roastery. 

The beans are medium roasted, ideal for manual and automatic coffee machines and moka pots. The taste has the wildness of walnuts and the depth of chocolate, and hints of peanut butter.

The potential of aromas hidden in the beans gives a pleasant balance of taste, which makes this coffee one of the most characteristic varieties in the world.
